We know all too well that Ayrshire is a fantastic holiday destination and with our specialist cleaning services, we can help you to ensure your holiday home is the perfect clean base for your customers! 

Our holiday home cleaning packages cover a wide range of holiday homes from 2 bedroom caravans to 4 or 5 star rated Air BnBs. No matter the size, our team work hard to provide a top quality service and meet the expectations of guests and owners. 

Our departure changeover cleans include: 

• Property detail check 
• Checklist to be ticked off during the visit including a list of inventory 
• Strip and make beds with fresh linen and towels
• Clean of all areas including all inventory (dishes, utensils etc)
• Welcome Gift (if required)
• Check of household maintenance (lightbulbs, heating, fire & CO2 alarms, remotes, appliances and electricals are working)
• Restock of sundry items including toilet paper & bin bag (if required)

Additional services available on request: 

• Laundry Service - dirty bedding & towels removed, washed* and ironed ready for next departure clean. (additional charges apply) *Laundry washed with non bio washing powder and fabric condition 
• Check & refresh service - Check to ensure the property is still in high standards of cleanliness before guests arrive and clean where necessary (only if property has been left empty for 7+ days following a departure clean) (additional charges apply)

One Off / Spring Cleans 

Our tailored services also extend to one off deep cleans for holiday homes throughout our service area. 

• End of season - this service is particularly popular for caravan owners who wind down for the winter months. We clean the holiday plus arrange furnishings and appliances to reduce the growth of mold during this period of time. 

• Spring Clean - We deep clean your holiday home plus ensure all furnishings and inventory is clean and present, ready for your guests arrival.
