How much will I pay?
We charge a competitive hourly rate for most of our cleaning services.
We discuss all tasks and services required and work with you to match budgets.

We are also fully insured to cover out all the work discussed within your property.
Do I provide the cleaning equipement and materials?
No! We provide all the equipment and materials required to complete the job.
We focus on using Eco-friendly products and equipment where possible. These products are either all natural / plant based, recyclable or produced from manufactures who have Eco-friendly practices in place to reduce their carbon footprint.
Most of our cleaning products do not have harsh chemicals or a strong smell to them, making them ideal for those who suffer from skin and lung conditions.
Our staff members are trained extensively on the products we provide and are covered under our insurance policy guidelines. However we are happy to discuss the option of using specific products or equipment you can provide*.
*Please note that we do not use bleach or work at heights higher than 2 step ladder due to health and safety & insurance regulations.
Do I have to do anything before my cleaning visit?
Life can be hectic at times and we do not expect every property to be tidy when we arrive to clean, therefore we do not expect you do anything before we arrive as we can do a tidy when we are in.
However, to make the most of your cleaning hours booked, we do recommend you pick up and tidy items away before we arrive. The less we have to move, the more cleaning we can complete during your visit.
What sort of contract am I tied into?
Most of our clients are not tied into a contract and can alter their cleaning services as and when required. We appreciate that circumstances can change at short notice, all that we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible should you need to change / pause / cancel your services.
How many hours do I need?
The amount of time required varies greatly based on the services you require and the size of the property.
We provide a free consultation visit before booking to discuss key details of the services you require and to gauge a time scale to complete.
Is there a minimum booking time required?
Our minimum booking times depends on the service you have booked:
Regular recurring bookings (weekly or fortnightly) = 2 hours
One-off / deep cleans / End of tenancy = 4 hours
Commercial offices = 1-2 hours depending on frequency of visits
